Quickly dissolves eye make up with no irritation. Formulated and designed to be similar to tears in order to prevent stinging or drying to the delicate tissue around the eye area. Oil free. Sulfate free.
Directions: Apply a liberal amount on a cotton pad. Gently wipe across the closed eye area without any pressure. Allow the formula to dissolve your make up and lipstick. Repeat if needed.
